progress pics... 1 year ago til now pictures included..
Hey I just wanted to start up a thread to post a few pictures of my progress... I really don't think it's the fastest or most progress a person can achieve in a year obviously but in that last year it's been on and off due to stupid girl situations that really messed with me... anyway I am currently cycling test e and tren e... I'm about 5 weeks into it... i've also been running clen /t3 which I just started a few weeks ago.
I will first put up some back pictures... (sorry, not the best at taking pictures since no one really takes them for me... hard to do on your own sometimes)
1 year ago 220 lbs. bf%? i'm sure in the 20's somewhere.... or more? pretty bad.
The next pic is 6 months after the first one
I don't know when this one was... but it wasn't too long ago
Last pic taken last night...
I'm basically looking for advice, criticism, feedback, or just anything anyone wants to say whether it be a good thing or not. I think no matter what is said will only help me so I really do appreciate the time you take to help out. I want to show some friends but it seems friends have gone their own ways so now I only have a few people to show and they aren't really into working out so I figured posting here would be a good idea.
I will post more pictures of different poses later today... anyway thanks again for any feedback. :]
oh yeah, DIET i must say played the biggest role in helping me out... I never knew how advanced our bodies are and how they react to numbers so differently... pretty cool actually, we're all different.

You should be real proud of your accomplishment! You look good, now you gotta harden up some and also get more definition.

Thanks for your kind words! So harden up and get more definition probably would mean I should add some cardio to my routine huh? I haven't done cardio in quite some time actually.... The reason being is because I really want to do it when i wake up on an empty stomach but that hasn't been an option for me lately..... I don't want to do cardio with my lifting because most people say you should just lift then get your PWO shake in. I guess since I workout around 5p.m. I could go back to the gym around 11p.m. or midnight and do cardio, would that be efficient for hardening up and defining a bit more? Obviously the cleaner the diet the better the results as well..... that I will also have to monitor closely again... :] thanks for the help!

It's usually really clean but i'm in the middle of a really BIG cleaning. I'm rearranging my home theatre setup and getting rid of really old junk that will never be used and is just wasting space... ;] But yes i'm really sick of it dirty so i'd better find some more free time and get cleanin
Thanks for the words.. much appreciated

You are like an artist with your own body
If you think you can, you can.
If you think you can’t, you can’t
Either way you are right

DUDE, For a year of work you did very good.
First picture no Lady's, last picture ladys... hahah
Anyways, I would like to say, If you do a weight workout for 45min and then right after hit cardio for 40-45mins and you keep a nice clean diet, you should see big hardening.
But other then that, you have the WILL POWER!

Thanks for the kind words! I actually haven't been getting as much as i thought I would from people in my life other than a few here and there. Some people say to me 'you work out?' lol that gets me pretty annoyed but I guess sometimes people don't look like they do in certain shirts they wear but then again I'm not really a BIG guy so that's probably another reason. For the most part I just get people saying I look like i've leaned up a bit and that's about it really. When I first lost weight like 8 years ago before I gained it back I got TONS of feedback from people I know and it kept me on my toes and wanting more. It's ok though, as long as I feel happy and good that's all that really matters. It sure makes my life better though in all aspects.

great progress, I bet you feel a lot better now huh?
Don't really think you should be worrying about a cycle in this stage of your development, but to each his own.
