Hydrate yourself. The alcohol will be out of your system by monday.
I haven't had a drop of alcohol since I was 16. But back in the days, drinking lots of low sodium water and some orange juice worked for me. If needed add paracetamol, ibuprofenum or aspirin.
wow, your body must hate alcohol if you're worried about monday from saturday drinking.
Water and good food. Also supplementing a B complex (with B1, thiamine) will help. Alcohol will burn up your B vitamins. We use thiamine with our intoxicated ER patients.
Haha I hear you loud and clear bro. You go out on a friday/saturday night in Sydney city, there is a 5:1 guy to girl ratio, it's actually really disturbing. SO glad I've got a girlfriendI would hate to do the whole 'clubbing picking up' thing, especially when there are SO many LOSER lebo's everywhere starting trouble
Take some Milk Thistle too, it helps with the hangover.
eat, and run/workout today! just make it a light workout but get a good sweat going... and drink plenty of water!
no one said you cant drink, but perhaps drinking so much to the point where your 100 % intoxicated.
The way i see it if you drink so much that you feel the effects the next say you drank so much.
Control it have some self control and it wont do you any harm. If you get so drunk you wake up and feel sick common sense might be saying you had to much, but hey thats just common sense right.
Hydrate and eat plenty. Go easy on the booze if you are "on"..

Its the same active ingredient in chasers, you can take it before or after you drink. The calcium carbonate neutralizes and absorbs all those shitty toxins in your body.
When I have a terrible hangover I down about 2 liters of water, 4 tums, and in like an hour 2 I just feel a little tired, all other hangover symptoms leave.
the 2 liters of water is doing you the most good. calcium carbonate will not fix the dehydration which is the root of hangover symptoms. It might settle your stomach a little, but it does nothing for the dehydration in your brain that causes the tissue to atrophy and be pulled away from the skull walls.

ive never been a fan of alchol personally. i hate what it does to people and the problems it can cause. ive seen it hurt people around me and its hurt me.
theres better things to do on the weekend than drink, but the social aspect of it is what keeps people doing it.
Nothing good comes from booze....even if you get laid, its not as good. I also hate the person I turn into when Im ripped. Except for last year in Rome....
I had around 4 smirnoffs , 1 shot and 2 scoth n cokes. Its bad mixing drinks also!
But i only drink around 6 times a year just dosnt realy intrest me but when i drink i drink to get drunk haha.
