will you be arrested and face jail time if you buy steroids over the internet in australia and they are ceased? sorry if its been asked but i looked and couldnt find anything that talks about the penalties in australia

if it depends on how much you buy how much is too much for australia? cheers!

i would play it smart, the gear your going to get is not going to have the correct return address and may bee you should put a fake name on yours.

so put your real addy and a fake name but make sure your the one who signs for it, a friend of mine in NJ did the same thing and his mom was at the house , when she was given the package she told the postal guy that no ne by that name lives here

the laws are compeletly differnet regarding seizures in Australlia bro, and also, if the FEDS are doing a controlled delivery here in the USA then giving a fake name doesnt mean sheeiiit if they get it. Australlia is probably one of the toughest on gear right now

Yeah bud, its not worth going OS here in Aus. Search locally and exhaust those avenues first.

So are you importing from overseas into Australia?

You wont go to jail.

Make sure you email from a internet cafe and put a fake name on package.Also get a tracking number for the pack.

If you get raided, customs will come to your door, search house and probably give you court papers to attend court.

If it was a first time drug/prohibited substance offence you 'MAY' just get a good kick in the a$$ and a hefty fine but this is also dependable on how much the cops/customs seize for example wether they believe the shipment is for personal use or otherwise. Either way in Aust we run a big risk if sourcing OS our customs are tough amd there are plenty of scammers around.

As smittytheox said try searching locally first.

possibly less hassels and you wont have to deal with customs
