glucosamine and insulin resistance
Im guessing alot of people have heard that glucosamine can cause insulin resistance. What's your opinion on this?

I have seen several articles that stated short term use does not have profound effects. I believe when it is injected at high doses that is when it becomes a problem. Just make sure when taking for long periods to have your blood sugar levels monitored.
