That is totally untrue. Being that you are not Black, I would not expect you to understand the phrase. The phrase speaks to the black people and the balck people only and it makes a point that we should not be killing our own people or committing crimes against our own people. That's it! It has nothing to do with anything else. It does not say go out and commit a crime against another race. It basically says respect your own people. All crime should stop!

I am not against the "Black Pride" phrase. I think we should all be proud of our origins, our race and most of all who we are. What I want to show is that "White Pride" is not seen in the same way "Black Pride" is. "White Pride" is seen as a racist statement while "Black Pride" refers to a people being proud of its race and that is discrimination towards white people.

As for the "Stop black on black crime". I really think that if this sentence has the meaning you are saying it does, why not just say " Stop crime"? I may be out of context here because I am not american and don't know why and where this came up, but it sure sounds that crime against other races is not so bad. It doesn't say to go and commit crime against other races but makes it sound kind of acceptable. Get my point?

Finally, either we like it or not racism exists and it comes from every race in the planet. As long as there are different groups there will be some form of discrimination even between people from the same race just because they are different in some way. Its a part of the human nature and we have to learn how to live with it and its pure ingenuity to think this will ever go away.

Its a part of the human nature and we have to learn how to live with it and its pure ingenuity to think this will ever go away.

I agree that there will always be diversity, racism, and discrimination. I also agree that we will have to learn to live with it, but I don't think that I will ever like and will speak against it anytime that I have the opportunnity. Partially because I love to debate and secondly because I want to know why people do the things they do.

Here is an example of something that happened to me just a few weeks ago. I live in an ALL white town. When I say all white, I mean that I can probably counnt on my two hands all the black people in this town. I had been seeing a car load of white guys parading around town with a confederate flag flying from there car. This was not a small flag but it was huge and you could see it from a mile away. The first day I saw it, I ignored it, but when I saw them doing it again the next day, I followed them until they decided to pull over. I snatched the flag off the car and asked them what the hell they are thinking driving around with that on their car. They had no reason other and was speechless. They were laughing and having a good time while they were driving around town, so they must have thought it was funny. But to me, it was Not so funny.
