    Talking Unreal OATS!!

    i know that im not the only one who has struggled to put down a cup of oats in the morning. well thanks to this way of cooking added with a little bang you will be looking forward to your oats everyday.

    I use Quaker Oats: Ready in 5 minutes.
    Need: Equal amount of Oats and Water (IE 1 Cup Oats, 1 Cup Water)
    Bring 1 Cup water to a boil (dash of salt).
    Turn off water and stir in 1 cup oats.
    Let sit for 3-5 minutes.
    Oats will have soaked up all the water and look dry. Add a splash of skim milk and warm oats on Low if necessary.
    Add a small spoonfull of jam. (I use homemade blueberry)
    Add a dash of cinamon.
    Stir it all up and you have yourself a gourmet bowl of oats!

    The flavour from the jam and cinamon makes the oats taste amazing with just barely a few extra calories.

    sounds tasty but waaay to much work for me.

    just man up and down the shit. After a few weeks its not a big deal. Also hell with teh 5 min oats. Get the ready in 1min. add water nuke for 1 min all ****ing done.

    Fry up some eggs white and mix them in your oats with some cheese.
    There's everything you need.

    ^^^That's how I eats em too, no cheese tho I use alittle salt, pepper, and some hot sauce all mixed together in a bowl.

    haha i use quaker instant strawberry oatmeal when i dont feel like eating eggs, its the shit lol, just mix 5 packets of it in a bowl and poar in hot water and it tastes good. grantedd it has alot of sugar and stuff in it but its ok if thats all the sugar i get in a day i think i will be alright lol

    sounds good but why salt instead of sugar????

    Sounds like a lot of work, i just use 1min oats, 1 scoop protein, mix with water and its like a chocolate moose (well sort off,,,lol)

    i do the quick oats (not the packaged shit).

    mix in a little splenda brown sugar (chemicals, i know)
    fresh ground cinnamon
    a touch of natural honey
    fresh raspberries.

    r0x!!

    not during "cutting" though.

    haha well cearly im the pansy here guys since i like the packet stuff, ive got the real oats lol just prefer the packets if i wanna slack off on the diet for breakfast because 8 eggs every morning gets really old for breakfast after awhile and it makes you fart a rotten egg smell lol which doesnt attract too many ladies

    Agree. I get the 5 mins , add just enough water so it doesn't turn to concrete, nuke for 45 secs done. Sometimes ill throw a dash of cinnamon in but thats it.

    Be a man and pour 3 Tbsp's of water on them, eat them without cooking.

    That's what I do since I hate screwing around with heating anything.

    i get the big box of oatmeal from costco. i think its the quaker brand that has 4 flavors. one for the house, one i keep in my truck. i dont like all the sugar but i dont eat much anyway..

    1 1/2 cup rolled oats add 8 egg whites...eat raw (35secs to make,137secs to eat)

    but nice idea if you have the time

    haha fair enough. at least this way u can give em a little snack in the morning b4 u send em packing. maybe then they'll come back?

    as for all you hatin on the recipe, ill hammer the oats down with microwaved water just as often, im just givin a tasty alternative if u got the time.

    i would happily pay someone $200 to eat it for me. i never liked oats but i used to eat 8 servings a day along with 4 cans of tuna and it was just to much for me so a swore i would never eat either again. i eat fresh tuna steaks all the time but that canned stuff is garbage
