Well, first off that kid is around 11, not 8... (at 8 he wouldn't be stroking his boner, he'd be hiding his face going ewwww!)

Second, as a dad I find that hilarious, yet at the same time shame on that boys parents for having him where he doesn't belong... whats next dad? take junior to a titty bar?
