Moving to Panama! need feedback

i am going to work in panama ( the countery Panama ) for 5 years. I have been to Panama twice and i have heard that they are hard on drugs. any one here living in panama ? or maybe some one with some info? is it ok to order from source outside Panama?

Well they let escaped prisoners in the country and their faces were plastered all over the place so im sure it'll be easy to get packages in.lol
