Wish I could say the same. It was an "I need to go the grocery store but dont have the time" day for me. Nothing but eggs, tuna, oats, broc, spin, apples alllllll freakin day. Im ready to snap. I need a cook/maid/grocery buyer, i mean wife (hehehehe) so I can focus more on Abbot stuff. lol.

did you ever see the post where one dude was talkin about lazy eating, and he said that he bought a cheap coffee pot with a timer on it. before he goes to bed, he puts the water in the tank, then his oats in the coffee pot. and sets it for when he wakes up. the hot water dribbles into the pot and its hot enough to cook your oats.

now thats lazy. but for the morning... i bet its sweet to wake up to already cooked oats. just throw your egg whites in the microwave and your set

Yeah, i saw that. I havent got to that point yet, lol. Im just sick of sweet potatoes and the resulting rancid farts that they give me. I think Im gonna buy some activated barley powder. If im gonna be lazy, i might as well do it right. Barley puts oats to shame.

Yeah, they cost a lot more. Barley is pretty much the lowest GI carb there is.

instead of using water to make oats, use fruit juice and or crushed up bannana in there. put some italion salad dressing on your chicken

I marinate my chicken breast in a organic roasted garlic dressing before I cook them. The organic dressing only has around 70 grams of sodium compared to light dressing which is in the 350 range.
