Calling all Heavy guys...
I am like 240ish right now and for the last year or so never did a thing but eat.. LOL
Back when I was 170-200 (I would vary) I was doing crazy amount of cardio with no problem other then leg soreness..
Now, my feet throb like hell ALL DAY LONG, even at night when its time to go to sleep I feel my feet throbbing..
I am curious if this is something my feet will get used to, or I will build feet muscle (lol)
Should I keep my feet elevated at work?
Pedicure?
or just man up and deal with it?
