I am like 240ish right now and for the last year or so never did a thing but eat.. LOL
Back when I was 170-200 (I would vary) I was doing crazy amount of cardio with no problem other then leg soreness..
Now, my feet throb like hell ALL DAY LONG, even at night when its time to go to sleep I feel my feet throbbing..
I am curious if this is something my feet will get used to, or I will build feet muscle (lol)
Should I keep my feet elevated at work?
Pedicure?
or just man up and deal with it?

i have some problems with my feet always hurting. i used to be 160 for many many years. now im 215. so that increase in weight is what i think is givin me the discomfort. so far other then buyin a new pair of nike shox every month, nothing has made any drastic affects on it
you need to take a break and gradually increase your exercise duration and intensity. This will give your body time to adapt and repair without injury.

I totally hear ya though, but I just don't think it would or will get better till I slowly lose weight.
i actually use my moms foot bath thing. you fill it full of hot water, it massages the bottom of your feet, and it emits heat throughout.
it helps get the blood flowing and relax the muscles and pain away. but it wont cure anything. just helps make it bareable a bit more
yeah Ice it as soon as you get done. Try to do low or none impact cardio for a while. Your feet would be fine if you would have eventually started of slowly and gradually increased your intensity and duration. I see this time and time again among my clients, patients and customers.
Its ok to be gung ho about it, the body just needs time to adapt to any new stress it is under. Given enough time the body can adapt to practically anything.

DO u have flat feet? I have to wear special kinda souls in my shoes to get rid of pain cause i am flat foot.
