beyond a doubt it would be Conan the barbarian part 1.
second would be Predator I
Conan the barbarian is one of the baddest action movies ever made. He just got off winning mr olympia and they say he was at his peak in that movie.

For me it was True Lies. Him and Tom Arnold together were hilarious. And of course the action sequences were great too.

True Lies has been my favorite forever, seen it about a million times. Total recal was my first Arnold film so it also holds a special place in my heart.
