DSM, i have always wanted to go to a gay pride parade, but I always chicken out at the last minute.
I have heard it is actually really fun, whether you are gay or straight, BUT, then i see video clips of some things that make me think it might not be nearly as "fun" if you are straight.
If I decided to go, what could I expect? Is there anything I should avoid?
-
Avoid dropping your pants and bending over.
They are a blast. Do you have to be gay ? No but expect to see a lot of gay affection. For example: Holding hands , kissing, generally hanging on each other. A lot of people feel they aren't being judge and their "true side" comes out. I live in a big city and they are always a good time. I don't go as much as i would like to.

I have no problem with gay affection. I have heard thought that there is alot of open affection, like alot of single guys being affectionate with one another. I also see some pretty fabulous costumes. I don't want to sound like the generic idiot straight guy, because I know in a day to day situation it wouldn't happen, but at a pride parade, is there a chance a really happy gay guy who is wearing a fabulous costume might try to be affectionate towards me?
-
Is there a chance ? I would say yes. Like i said, i'd always rather be over prepared than under. So in your case i would expect it so if it does happen its not such a shocker. Take it as a compliment, tell the guy your not interested and move on. If he keeps bothering you, tell him you have herpes.

Dsm how does this work out?did you know there,s 365 days in a year 52weeks in a year 7 days in a week 7x52 =364 were did the extra day come from
-
The 7 months of January, March, May, July, August, October, and December have 31 days. The 4 months of April, June, September, and November have 30 days. And February has 28 days (29 days for a leap year every 4 years). Therefore:
7(31) + 4(30) + 28 = 365 (366 for a leap year)

Sure hope I'm not breaking any rules by posting this non offensive picture, but then again what is non offensive to me just might be very offensive to you... TFB....grow up get over it. Actually it is sad and pathetic that it has come to this on the forum.

As a courtesy to those few of you,or 1 of you, who are offended by both what I post and the pics I post, I have thusly removed my so-called possibly offensive avatar so that your virgin eyes shall no longer be repulsed by it. Hopefully this will end your crybaby attitude towards me, doubtful though. Wah, Wah, Wah.....Geez some people need to get a friggen life. It's 2010 for fvck sake. Just when you think everyone is getting along in here, bada bing bada boom some ugly thing raises it head. Startin to feel like Rodney King...couldn't we all just get along? Apparantly not. It always seems like the few or the one messes it up for everyone else.
PS: This is DSM's thread and what do you expect to see in here a picture of the White House? Everyone knows what to expect to see in his thread and for those that dont like it, dont click on it. Simple as that. In the words of ABC's 20/20 Ron Stossel....Give Me A Break!
