Just wondering how many of you guys go to the tanning bed?? I hear some people do while they are on the gear cuz it helps with acne? is that true??

Im starting to get acne on my shoulders and back, I was wondering if i went tanning a little bit if that would help??

I go once or twice a week myself. It does help the skin stay a little clearer. My dermatologist actually recommended it. So it should help with acne somewhat. However, if you already have bad scarring from acne, it will probably make the scars worse.

I was advised to stop, I have a lot of 'not so happy skin spots' so I have now turned to spray tanning. MT2 was great but I am prone to freckles so I got too many black spots.

I have unlimited tanning with my gym membership, and i've actually done it twice in the 2 years i've been a member of the gym.

all natural baby... hit the beach and soak up all that sunny goodness. good thing about australia not only is it a superior place to live but even winter remains hot enough to tear off the gear and run down the beach baywatch style..
