mine was today, i did legs for the first time in two weeks and i still can't walk, btw, it's been 4 hours since i finished
i supplemented with these before the workout
amplify O2- 12 caps
1g of caffeine
10g BCAAs
10g Creatine
5g glutamine
5g Arginine
5g AAKG
2 Multivitamins
the leg workout was simple enough, i supersetted:
legpress and leg press calve raise 6 sets
squat and sitting calf raise 6 sets
hack squat and standing calf raise 2 sets
walking lunges 2 sets
each set was intense beyond belief, this one workout has motivated me to increase my intensity on all my others, i've never felt this good in my life
anyway, anyone else ever felt like this?
