    best workout you've ever had

    i guess i'll start,

    mine was today, i did legs for the first time in two weeks and i still can't walk, btw, it's been 4 hours since i finished

    i supplemented with these before the workout
    amplify O2- 12 caps
    1g of caffeine
    10g BCAAs
    10g Creatine
    5g glutamine
    5g Arginine
    5g AAKG
    2 Multivitamins

    the leg workout was simple enough, i supersetted:

    legpress and leg press calve raise 6 sets
    squat and sitting calf raise 6 sets
    hack squat and standing calf raise 2 sets
    walking lunges 2 sets

    each set was intense beyond belief, this one workout has motivated me to increase my intensity on all my others, i've never felt this good in my life

    anyway, anyone else ever felt like this?

    My most intense workout was today as well...

    I had sex with my wife for 3 hours....then we stopped to eat and after that we had 2 deserts....first desert was a piece of apple pie with vanilla blue bell ice cream

    Second desert was a piece of american pie that I ate on for 1 hour finished with a 1 1/2 hour hot beef pumping with a grand finale of a large cream injection

    FUN and fat burning!

    I get amazing pumps in my glutes when I have sex...so much that I cant hardly walk after. I have no problem substituting this for my leg day!

    Love those days, enjoy the pain,,, hack squats, great... but you don't do ham's on your leg day?

    normally i finish with a superset of leg extension and leg curl for 4 sets on each, but today i didn't have the ability, i literally could not take a step for 10 minutes after the workout

    i will be doing back tom if possible or the next day and i'm planning on adding straight leg deads to help with ham development since i wouldn't do them today/yesterday

    i think my best workouts was when I took some ephedra.... I was bouncing all over the walls sweating like a pig and throwing some sick weight around... everyone was looking at me all weird... on my cycles i have lifted way more weight, but the combination of good weight and intensity of workout, made the ephedra become my most memorable workouts...that stuff turned me into an animal... where can I get some more?

    Before I cycled I went through two tubs of no-xplode, and they were probably my most memorable workouts. All-out, balls to the wall, Mike Mentzer and Dorian Yates love child kind of workouts.

    I'm very proud that back in 2004 i did 5x5 with 315 on the bench. That was a goal i had set in 2001. I finally got it. It's my best accomplishment yet. But i have goals for my back right now. We'll see.

    we didn't need to know that, but i guess you are proud of yourself
