what would you do?
Last night my wife went out with a few of the girls from work. Apparently a lot of people from her job were at the same place. She was with the other girls. Well the 4 girl were outside on the sidewalk having a cigarette. A guy they work with that they don't really talk to came up. He walked up and grabbed my wife from behind and tried to picked her up in the air. Well he got her up and dropped her. She landed on her head and shoulder. She was knocked out. One of the girls took her to the ER and i meet them there. She has a concussion and a broken collar bone.
Everyone is saying to sue the guy. He is a waiter what is he going to have. Anyone that knows me knows what i want to do.

Oh no... Ok, let's reason here for a sec and then I'll give you my evil opinion. 1st and foremost, I hope your wife is ok and does not need any type of serious medical intervention in the long run. If this is the case, then it will go toward your advantage, in case you do pursuit legal action against this buffoon. 2nd, do not -I retype- don't attempt to do kick this guy's ass; sue the hell out him, the restaurant, and/or anyone that has to do with that bozo directly. I'm hoping you went to the police and brought charges upon this SOB. Finally my evil opinion, whoop this guy's ass and chain his ass to a concrete-made bucket and have him dumped on the river. Or just grab a few of your friends and show this guy he understands once and for all, how to treat women, and ABOVE EVERYTHING, your wife!

Sueing him is a waste unless he has injury insurance....You may try to sue the establishment at which this occured....Speak to a lawyer or two and see if you have a case...If you do well then you know what to do...
If you don't then you shoud see if his dick is narrow enough to fit imbetween his car door and the car door jamb....
Or something similar...keep in mind...there are 1000 ways to skin a cat...
