Egg nog is going to murder me this holiday season

I LOVE egg nog. It's the best tasting cause 1 cup has like 1/2 of a daily allowance of saturated fat. Well, that and a pile of sugar.

A nice alternative is the dairy-free eggnog that SILK makes. It's alot easier on your stomach, and the fat and sugar contents are alot easier on your belly.

If you want it with alcohol, you have to add it yourself. Add some captain morgan and some brandy and you're good to go
