We are really going to focus on our Motivational section which will have some MONSTERS and some overall FIT men and women that will give our viewers something to watch before their workout. We will have vids for each bodypart.... we only did this once so far with a great guy and buddy of mine Shane O' Niel. You can see his at the very bottom in the white looking boxes

very impressive. looking forward to more developments on the site.
i had to go back any watch his tutorial because i only watched his little biography in the gym which i found interesting. as for the poses i cant even think of anything you could of done to make it better. they showed all the mandatory poses and explained in detail exactly how to perform them.Quote:

From what i saw they look great, but living where i do the internet speed does not really allow me to watch that much. just took so so long to watch a few seconds at a time.
But keep up the good work and you will be seeing me on the new site......
I have a very fast connection and I have never had a problem streaming anything.
