    Damn i Hate Being Tall

Im 6'2 and generally being tall has been a good thing
but the only horrible thing is when it comes to gaining weight not fat weight of course and looking a decent size.

started working out when i was 23 i was 6'2 160 lbs. thought to myself get to 185 i will look great got there and didnt feel that good so next stage of the plan was reach 200 i told myself at 200 i would be happy,
to cut a long story short weighed myself tonight in the gym and i was 224 @ around 13 % bf,
my training partner is 5'9 200 lbs he gains 7lbs and its noticeable, 7lbs on me is jack shit

now my point is how far is this going to go on as i have developed a severe case of bigerexia the gf now thinks im insane,

realistically what weight am i looking to be before i start cutting back 250/260 around 14% or heavier to be 224 @ 8-9 %

Being tall has many advantages too your body can probably hold more muscle than your training partner. Dont get discouraged I`m almost the same size as you jsut a bit bigger but not much. I've been as high as 267 (bloated and nto great bf%) but I`m happy where I`m at cut nicely at 228lbs.

I hear ya. I'm 6'6"... I grew another inch recently and I'm 23, I've smoked and done a number cycles WTF?...

Anyways yeah it makes it harder to "look" bigger, and since our limbs are longer, the weights are heavier when it comes to a full range of motion, again making us "look" weaker.

Oh well, just be happy you aren't one of those under 6 foot weirdos like most guys in this world

I'm 6'4 and 290lbs (15-18%, but been as high as 325) and loving every minute of it. But I've always been big and muscular. At 17 I was 228lbs at 6'2 and 8% (according to calipher test done the 1st wk of football at in college). I have never felt small, unless I was standing next to 6'7-6'9, 350+lb offensive tackles!

It's neither good to be too tall, or too short. 5'11 is the "perfect" height IMO.

I would rather be tall with muscles than short with muscles,,,,,NO OFFENCE TO SHORT GUYS OK. Yeah it is harder but in the end it looks good...

    How about posting some pics????

I'm only an inch shorter than you and I'm 270lbs right now and I look pretty big, not as big as I want yet but even at 6'+ it isn't impossible to fill out well man, it just takes a bit more work.
