Back in Action!
Ok sooo.... I was training pretty hardcore up until August when I had some back problems, but I've gotten too soft and I'm hating it. Come Monday I'm back in the gym, I think I'm going to have to work my way back up for sure but I'm ready for it. I still have back problems so I'll go easy on the weight training for a while and just work on some cardio to drop some bodyfat for right now. I'm also getting back on my training diet. It's going to suck not having the support of a personal trainer 3 times a week but it's all good, I know what I'm doing I just liked having the extra motivation.- Even though I'm about 10lbs lighter right now than what I was in August, it's just not the same, I lost a lot of muscle mass and feel like a fatty.
Anyway, I just wanted to give you guys an update, I figured the best thing to do was to post about what's going on so I have someone to answer to when I'm asked how my workouts went Thanks in advance for the encouragement, I love my AR family.

Kat I went through that motivation thing for like 3 months where I kept wondering what I could do to motivate me (not saying this is you but you mentioned it).
I tried everything to get motivated EXCEPT doing what I was trying to get motivated for. Its real crazy but pay attention to yourself.
It actually got to the point where I started reading books like 7 habits of highly affective people and realized "wait, I'm doing this to motivate myself to do other things.. but I'm actually taking time and energy AWAY from those things just by doing this".
So to make the story real short. I stopped looking, caring, or giving a fvck about motivation and just started doing what I thought I needed motivation for. Than when I realized there was no secret to motivation, and was being productive w/out "the secret".. I got motivated.
my life is weird like that.

I hope its a combo of those two. Usually over a gram of caffeine by itself is known to make people sad pandas. Symptoms would be fever, cold sweats, confusion, muscle spams, heavy breathing, high pulse rate, irritability, anxiousness. Pretty sure he isn't taking 1800mg of just caffeine..... at least i hope not

naw, i don't even feel anything up to 500mg, at 1000mg i can barely feel it sadly
it was 200mg of guarana and around 1500mg of caffeine, a couple days ago i took 1000mg and was gonna go to the gym, then called and they said they had closed early, so i layed down and went to sleep, sadly i have to take way high doses of things (i've never felt sides from clen, even up to 400mcg/day)
THAT'S HILARIOUS, PANDA WITH TOO MUCH SAKI
