Ok sooo.... I was training pretty hardcore up until August when I had some back problems, but I've gotten too soft and I'm hating it. Come Monday I'm back in the gym, I think I'm going to have to work my way back up for sure but I'm ready for it. I still have back problems so I'll go easy on the weight training for a while and just work on some cardio to drop some bodyfat for right now. I'm also getting back on my training diet. It's going to suck not having the support of a personal trainer 3 times a week but it's all good, I know what I'm doing I just liked having the extra motivation.- Even though I'm about 10lbs lighter right now than what I was in August, it's just not the same, I lost a lot of muscle mass and feel like a fatty.
Anyway, I just wanted to give you guys an update, I figured the best thing to do was to post about what's going on so I have someone to answer to when I'm asked how my workouts went
