Alright, i'm done reading arnolds encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding.. I don't know if it's worth buying other bodybuilding encyclopedias to read of if that one is all i need... I just like hearing every point of view so i know them all if that makes sense

Arnolds Encyclopedia is a good book. Has a lot of useful info in it.

I want to write a book about my experiences with steroids and the ups and downs I experienced with them. I just don't know where to go to get it published and all that crap. I think it would be a different view of the 'taboo' world and could give the 'horrible steroid abuser' a real face.

i thinks arnolds is the best on bodybuilding, i got the new one by robert kennedy, the editor i believe of muscle mag, and i think it sucks compared to arnolds although it does discuss steroids a bit, just feels like someone put together a bunch of magazine articles
