stupid hematoma

just wanted to rant a little.

i guess i hit a bleeder tonight doing an bicep injection. As soon as i pulled out the needle it bled like crazy under the skin and became a nice half dollar sized hematoma. In my glutes or delts i wouldn't care so much but scrubs don't cover the bicep so I had to wear a long sleeve t-shirt under my scrubs today and i'm burning up.

eh, not a biggy. it's just annoying.

it's not swollen anymore, just bruised. Looks like a 3/4" diameter bruise on my bicep.

I've done the same thing using seo in my biceps, the last time I did it the day before a work party, I had planned to wear a t-shirt but ended up having to wear a long sleeve shirt to hide the fist-sized spot.

that sucks. Fist size would really stand out. Mine isn't too big. It's nice and ugly today though. Looks like i was punched in the bicep.

Old thread I know - but the same thing just happened to me! i have a 1/2" peak on my bicep that is Blue & purple! Should i use a hot compress? it looks like sythol gone wrong!!! (it was a tiny amount of IGF)
