Pumping Iron is a classic if you don't already have it.

    I've got pumping iron, classic.

I'm going to pick up Arnolds Encylopedia.

These are the vids I'm looking at, can't decide between Mentzer or Yates:

-Milos Sarcev Secret of the Pros. This ones high on the list. I like his stuff for the form he uses and the little tips he has on each exercise.

-Dorian Yates Blood and Guts. Anybody see it? I'm thinking this would be awesome motivation for back day. What a beast. I like his intensity but the injuries he accumulated to to HIT... not so sure.

-Mentzer HIT. Undecided between this and the Dorian one. They both do HIT.

These are the vids I'm looking at, can't decide between Mentzer or Yates:Get BOTH!

-Milos Sarcev Secret of the Pros. It's ok, not great. Newbie stuff

-Dorian Yates Blood and Guts. Anybody see it? .IMO, best BB DVD ever made. It certainly isn't for newbies, or those that don't have a comprehensive idea what HIT is actually all about. But for very experience BBers, it's a must buy DVD.

Dorian was taught HIT by Mike Mentzer, so Mike's book is a must as well. But again, it's not for newbies, or people who don't really understand how to train.

I know most of you young guys think you know how to train, but reality is, YOU DON'T!

Blood and Guts is awsome. I watch it every 2-3 weeks to get psyched up!
