what are your new years resolution?
Mine is to save some money and concentrate alot more on gaining some lean mass

i agree and hate that. you always get a bunch of fat slobs in there for a few weeks trying to change there life but it never lasts

retire some debt (unfortunately involves getting my wife to stop trying to support the US economy with her spending habits).

Mine is to finally divorce my fat drunken wife. Ive been married for 25 of the not so best years of my life. Im in the best shape of my life and still have few damn good years ahead of me. Kids are out of the house. Time to move on while I still can.

Thanks Bro, I know its gonna suck. She's a part owner of my business. After 25 years, a lot of complictions. But, I just cant take the lies anymore. Never met such a proficient lier. I catch her in a lie and she wont admit it. Now Im wondering if she's cheating while I travel for work. Disappears, can't reach her on the phone. When I do reach her, often times she's drunk.

Or maybe I'll just cheat on her frequently??

well be careful if you start cheating. if she gets vindictive and wants to try and catch you. then she can divorce you and take that business and shit.

i would catch her cheating... hire a PI when your gone. then you can use that in court and take everything

That is pretty good advice. If you are seriously thinking about getting out, find out and document EVERYTHING you can about your finances. Track every dollar that comes in and goes out. With a business you both work in and you traveling, it would be very easy for her to be stashing dough for a rainy day or basically bankrupting you while you are away earning. You could consider stashing dough so you don't get screwed by her. I have not been thru this myself but have heard a lot of horror stories about how she cleaned out the accounts either before or right after the guy left . . .

Yep, Ive been thinking of the PI thing. As well a GPS tracking device on the car.

Left for work one day, realized I forgot my cell. Turned around to go back and get it, couldn't have been gone 5 minutes. She was leaving as I pulled in the driveway. Got cleaned up and dressed in record time to leave just after me. Asked her where she was going and she said to the store. Later she said, to buy beer.

Do this. I would guess it would make things a lot easier in court. If she is sleeping around get details pictures (with dates). Tell court you tried so hard year after year to repair the marriage and this is how she repays you.

do you live in a no-fault divorce state? if so, you may be splitting things 50/50 regardless of who is cheating. which is why i recommend hiding liquid assets like cash.

OK back to resolutions...which are BS IMO.....I'll put it down like this....continue to do well in my business at the gym......build up more clientelle with my personal training....help others less fortunate than me...stay sober another 365.....and try to the best of my ability to NOT act out with violence.

To see 2010 first of all. Second I am going to renew my vigorous committment to use my car as an automotive university. At all times in the car I will have a book or seminar in the cd player. It seem to have gotten away from that fro the last 6-7 months and have gotten less focused and less productive.
