Half the guys on here talk so much $hit its funny. I am 5'6 @ 175lbs right now i can out lift most of the guys in the gym right now. Its funny. I watch these 5'9-6'2 guys doing their 300lbs 1/4 squats, their 80lbs EZ bar BACK curls , give me a break. I go to the gym and i do what i need to and thats it. Don't look at other people and try and compare yourself. Just go in , leave the ego at the door and lift.

It was a bit egotistical but everyone has an EGO it's just how big. I'm pretty sure inky wasn't trying to put anyone down just playing around like he stated.

Most people look for reasons to get pissed off etc, and just end up being unhappy their alot of their life because of it.

I think it's all about how you feel about yourself and how you want to look.

what the hell....some guys have a little fun and its either the naturally whiny guys or the ones that should be running adex to lower estro that get all twisted up. For goodness sskes....it was a few guys joking in a thread...the cool thing about this sport is you can take it where you want.....its always diiff...personally for example...first im trying to get bigger then bam ..im trying to cut down. Take it where you want (your body)but
1- take it somewhere
2- dont whine when people joke around (lends some credibility to womens gym joke!)
