Sorry to hear that, injuries are depressing.
I think I need a liver transplant if that counts for anything? Too much boozing last night. Back at the cardio tomorrow!
I had a microdiscectomy back in November but, made a quick recovery. I only hope that you have the same results bro. Pain free now. Keep your head up. Sorry forgot about the neck thing.LOL
