    Smile body fat?

    Hi all,
    right ive just done all my measurements an the bmi site and it reckons im 12.17 of body fat ie i measuered my waist 32 forearm 13 inches wrist 8 inches height 5"11 im 29 waiting for time to start my prop........anyway i went shopping last monday and done my body weight and it said my body fat was 25 percent which i was abit confussed as i eat really clean as i hate sugery stuff and fatty foods but which do i belive the comp or the old crappy machine at the superstore ???????

    any help as i cant wait to start cycle but dont want to do it to early!

    (but i am one of the lucky 1s i dont get gyno or experance hardly any sides!)

    What method of testing told you 25%? you should get some calipers or find a gym where they can measure you.

    bodybuilding.com has calipers for like ten bucks or you can order enough supps to get them for free but i have them and they are usually right on within 1 or 2 percent

    The weight machines in where u put ur rist in and it measures ur heart abd height and weight bud but i still think its wrong i hardly drink and have been lifting since i was 15 so i do care highly about my body!?

    yeah I wouldn't trust the readings on one of those, get some calipers.

    either that or a locla gym will do it for free they will try to recruit you but maybee thats a good thing either way good luck

    A lot of gyms have those digital bf calculators now. I don't know how accurate they are though. Calipers are good if you know how to use them correctly. A dietician or legit personal trainer would be your best bet.
