I havent seen it. But I do remember when Mike was preaching his HIT technique many years ago when he was competing. I thought he had a great physique, but it seemed that he wasn't respected by the other pros at the time.

^^^^^^ agree, as i know it he was not into all the political shit that was starting in BBing, and isolated himself from it. He can be hard to listen too but a lot of the principals of HIT training are very sound.
