ok this may be a dumb question but i feel like shit i got a nasty cold so did not go to the gym to day i dont want to spread germs around and i feel weak but anyways im cutting now should i still eat like im cutting 6 or 7 meals aday? and shakes?

I hear you bro. I'm just getting over it, I haven't hit the gym for a week now but will be at full speed on monday.
i just got over it to bro i only missed one day though because my head was pounding just pound the water and if you can hit the cardio i sweated alot more but felt alot better too was i was done
Its important to rest when ill, but try and make up bro when your well...
you shouldnt train while your ill as it spreads around your body several times and will just drag out your illness so you wont be back in the gym even longer
I always try to rest at home when I'm sick. I start feeling dizzy at the gym and I don't want some heavy ass weights pounding on my chest or something. Just rest and once you feel better hit the gym twice as hard.
I was feeling ill this week, and only trained twice. Today I ate better and did like 4 sets of pushups, felt amazing. You can come back, and it will feel good. Def take it easy for now, and x2 for drinking lots of water/teas, it will also keep you pretty filled up.
ya i have just been sleeping alot did not work out agian to day and i did eat like norm cutting and i feel alot better i hope i feel good enuff to start back to my full workout on monday atlest and thanks!
