1) how is that graphic... a tail fin laying on the side of the road

2) unless it weighed 2000lbs, I doubt anyone was voporized

3) from the size of the crater, or lack therof, it looks like it was less then a 10lb charge and that it definitely wasn't an impact of anytype of mortor or rocket

Looks to me like a propaganda picture. Someone set off a small charge in the middle of the road, placed a rocket tail fin they found someplace that had actually exploded (someplace else) on the side of the road and took a picture of it with a cop in the back ground.

I've been to Iraq a few times, I know what impacts of Rockets/Mortor and artillary look like. I also know what a IED consisting of even the smallest charge will do to a concret road... this looks like none of that. Even a hand held grenade with a 3oz PETN charge will do something similare to this.

Further evidence... if that really was an impact, that tail fin would be at least a 1/4 mile from the impact zone. So someone would have had to walk it over there for the "picture" even if it was a real impact

The picture, I have no idea about. I don't know who took it or where it was taken and i wouldn't have the slightest clue to why they released it for that matter. I'm just making obsevations. The picture looks staged
