why do u smoke a cigar and not a cigarette?
i smoke cigarette for 11 years before i quit sometime in 2004. when i used to smoke cigarette i will inhale every smoke before i exhale it thru my nose and that was the enjoyment of smoking a cigarrette . however i realize with Cigar smokers, they have a different sense of enjoyment from that habit. can some cigar smoke explain why he/she smokes cigar

I dont see anything pleasurable in inhaling cigarette smoke, you cant taste in your lungs anyway.. Ive been smoking cigars for a looong time and find the taste very delicate and enjoyable, especially when pairing it with a good cognac and smoking with good company. To the day every time I got to the Cayman Islands I bring back tens of Cubans back, make sure you take the wrappers off and hide them or throw them away before you fly back in!

I can't stand smoking anything.
It's a addictive habit, why even start? I'll never understand why people want to, or desire to try an addictive drug.
Just my opinion. But list the "Pros" and "Cons" of smoking and then try to make a educated choice on what you want to do.

I enjoy an occassional vintage macanudo. Our local private club has a nice selection. I smoke with my scotch. Pairing with scotch is an art unto itself but when you find a blend that works the pleaseure of the two together is, as stated above, quite sophisticated. The ritual of lighting and smoking and monitoring the ash is habit forming as well.

i've never smoked a cigarette, the thought of getting addicted to it keeps me away from them completely.
i've only smoked cheap cigars, VERY rarely, usually just hangin out with the boys or after a little party or something

I dont smoke cigarettes but I have plenty of Cuban cigars, once you try them you will understand in my house right now I have all of the following:
Cohiba
Monte Cristo
Guantanamera
Romeo y Juliette
Cuban cigars will make you like cigars more if you try a good one. I only smoke on occasaion though.

I never understood cigars myself.
Or the "elegance" behind them. All I know is Tony Montana smoked them a lot so on those grounds its justified.

Turning to any form of substance is often a sign of weakness.
