i downloaded ie8 and it does not work well with some sites, anyone else have this problem? was going to go back to 7 but when i try to download 7 it wont load because of 8.

you'd have to uninstall ie8, sometimes they include that feature in the installer (to remove newer versions) but i doubt ms wants people going back to older ones. firefox is still much better, try that, i could never see myself going back to any ie after using ff

Agree with T_Own. I only use firefox anymore. I'd stick with that.

Theres a compatibility mode feature built into IE 8. It was added since IE 8 is only a beta version at the moment.
