Spring Break Time, can i drink winny??

Yes, is it tooo early to start watching for the spring break trainers?? i think it is. I called it last year too if i recall correctly.

For those that are really interested, now is the time to begin training if you have not already. If you let it go, or went on the winter "bulker" now is the time to change everything up and begin cutting.

And yes you can drink winny, but why would you want to..

I almost started this thread yesterday. Every year after the first of the year, here they come. They are overweight or underweight, unmotivated, and in a big, big hurry. "it's my New Year's resolution, I'm really gonna do it this time. I've got X weeks to get totally buff so I can go to the beach and show those bitches who have ignored me all through high school what they missed out on. Please don't try to tell me about diet or training, just tell me what I can take to be massive and ripped in x weeks..." better reply quick, there are 10 new threads that say the same thing that have appeared since you started reading this one. rinse and repeat.

We should start a Spring Breakers thread in the Q+A section and break it down for them. Just give them the real deal. Depending on their starting point tell them the ideas and images on what their body should look like will take years or may not ever even happen. Also a few kiddie books on how your body works and why dieting is essential as is proper training.
