Gennelmen,
I'm shortly moving to Derby area of the Midlands and wondered if anyone can suggest a decent gym. I'm not interested in spin classes and swimming lessons, but heavy dumbells, lots of plates and loud music.
Please pm me any suggestions.

I used to live in Loughborough not far from Derby, I trained at powerbase gym in loughborough university...if travel isnt a problem id suggest powerbase without a doubt!
