    2 weeks after gyno surgery and I'm already benching.

    Best decision I ever made was to have that surgery. My chest looks 100% better and there is little evidence I even had the surgery 2 weeks ago. saw my doc today and he siad in a few months the hard scar tissue will be soft again and it will look almost totally natural around the nipple. If anybody wants a reasonable doc in Chicago, with top of the line credentials, PM me.

    Congrats bro...When I had my surgery 3 years ago it was such a weight off my shoulders.

    Don't rush to the really heavy weights just yet...You want to be massaging your scar tissue and stretching as to not cause any complications.

    I am thinking about getting the surgery, and I was just wondering what a "reasonable" cost would be? Also, did you go straight to a plastic surgeon or did you go to your regular doctor first? Is the surgery an outpatient procedure? I am not to far from Chicago, so I would be very interested in the Dr's info. Thanks!!!
