I got an ab workingout laughing on the inside
This one was nice ok this kid is about 5'12 <---LOL and 120lbs he's doing cage curls but really swingin it up there ya know the Power Clean Curl LOL and hes got about i dunno 100lbs on there and i kinda just laugh to myself on the inside and go about my rotator cuff warm up and im pay attention to him in the mirror and next thing ya now his curling it up....ahhhhhh......struggling....ah......ahhhhh... arching his back and he falls over backwards. SLAM!!!! the Safety's caught the weight but him and his ego fell LOL...Any ways im working and my boss is gone so i tell him LOL(ima such a dick) "hey man, if your gunna be curling so heavy without a spotter use that self spotting machine." and i point to the smith lol, 5 mins later hes trying to curl with the smith machine Bwahahahaha.......Im going to hell. HAHAHA
and funny thing is, i told my boss he laughed his ass of too.

So instead of helping this kid who clearly doesn't know proper technique ... you took it upon yourself to make an ass out of this kid for your own amusement ?

its worth it. maybe after he's done curling the smith machine you can tell him what to really do

im going to when he stop lifting his ego. i mean i see people way stronger than me all the time and people see me and think im good sized lol i think im fat and small lol but anyways they say what do you do for your arms ya know, and i tell em 2 exercises maybe 3 tops and 1 set per exercise or if its volume less than 9 sets total and there like in disbelief because they train BI's like 3-4 times a week for 45 mins LOL and i try and tell them but my words fall on def ears.......sigh..................

It's rough this time of year until people start back sliding on their New Year's resolutions. Gym looks like Biggest Looser before they send anyone home. Some guy asked me to spot him doing DB curls the other day. I had to ask what he wanted me to do....

spot d-bell curls? That is amazing! I love the guys who leg press 3000lbs and the sled moves about an 1/8 of an inch
