    Calfs?

I have been training for a few years now, but only the last year i have been getting more into it. I have seen good gains in my upper body and good gains in my legs. But i have been having a big problem with gaining size in the calfs. I gain in weight i'm lifting just not size. If anyone has any ideas i'm all ears.
Right now i'm just doing standing calf raises and seated calf raises.

also, epecially for blacks, geneticly they have high calves which limits growth, examples are flex, ronnie and few others. I find working calves 2x week on day about 10 total sets, one day 6 or so. I also like ot mix up high and low reps 10-50 reps depending. Key i find for calves is to work them HARD and with very little rest between sets, they seem to need or be able to take a lot of abuse.
