rule of thumb for body proportion
just wondering if there was any chart/ rule of thumb comparing body parts to body parts (proportional)
Example: i once read that your calves should be very close to your bicep measurements ( both flexed).
I thought that was pretty cool when i read that and was hoping to find more general rules as such.
It gives people an idea what body parts are lacking as far as size goes anyways .
Thanks

If you find anything let me know. I know about the calf, neck, arm measurement and I remember someone telling me your forearms should be a certain percentage of your arm measurement.
I also remember someone telling me if you take a yardstick going straight down from your chest to your quads, the arch of your quads should match the peak of your chest.
I did a search on the web to try and find more info and I can't find anything anywhere.
