    getting inspired to left weight...what u do?

    i know some of us or i should the majority of us have hard time getting them self ready and go left the weight especialy after a long stressed day of work maybe having a twit boss or listening to your wife when u come home complaining about u not taking the garbage out now u made the kitchen stink or your kid beat up another kid at school...etc


    what do u do to get inspired and and psyc yourself up to feel like u want to go have fun and hit it hard, not like its just another day?

    well, for me i sometimes watch kevin levrone movie lefting dose heavy weight that's me i don't know bout you......?

    I have a couple workout partners, and we keep it competitive, in a friendly way.

    x2. This may sound stupid, but before I leave my home to go to the gym, I spent a couple of minutes visualising my workout, what weights, exercises, and reps I am GOING to do, and feeling the accomplishment of beating my last workout (I keep a logbook).

    Then when I'm in the gym, there's no guess work...I just play out what I visualised, and to be honest, it hasn't let me down. My intensity is through the roof, and I don't stop until I've smashed last week's workout. Now I understand why they say the mind is very powerful.

    lately i think about all the losers who try and get with my woman when i have my back turned and that seems to get me started. loud music and fast driving also helps. or you could always >

    they work without fail to get me pumped!

    ^^ very true, i use the same method, except on pct i cant use it, so i like to "hate train" just before each set, i just think of something and hate the iron for it and just keep building on it until my adrelian is through the roof..

    i just look at all the old ppl in my gym. and think... i dont wanna grow old and look like that

    lol

    nah. i dont do anything. i walk in. put on my music. and workout. then leave. i dont get pumped.

    What ear/headphones do you use? Not that I care but I keep getting weird looks for wearing my huge Bose noise cancellation headphones. Also, earbuds don't stay in my ears.

    Watching Rocky movies or anything with Arnold. Yes even Kindergarden Cop. Every Saturday i watch one of their movies and I am up going to the gym right as I am done.

    yeah the old ppl in my gym would have a heart attack most likely

    but for real i use these small ear buds that have a little thing that wraps behind the back of the ear. so they dont fall out. they are small. so they dont look retarded or get in the way. work well. sound good. keep me rockin out with my cokk out
