    Cardio balance

    How much cardio should you do to remain healthy and still grow?Also would it matter if you are on the juice or not.Im natural for now

    I would say, it depends on the persons bodytype.
    Ectomorphs should probably stay away from cardio altogether, whereas Endomorphs should definitely do cardio regularly to keep the fat-gain to a minimum.

    For general health, I'd say cardio is very important, and to be done atleast 2-3 times a week, regardless of whether one is bulking or not.

    Being on juice DOES help with fat burning, so IMO doing cardio a few times a week is a must to keep fat-gain to a minimum when bulking naturally

    during bulking 3-4x a week max

    i'm cutting now so i've upped my cardio to 10-12x a week

    whats cardio?


    j/k 3x week all time, when cutting start5x week and add extra session every week for 7 weeks.

    It all depends on your caloric intake. You can do quite a bit of low intensity cardio and still grow if your calories are high enough.

    How long are your sessions?15min,30min?And is it better to do cardio before or after weights?

    Depends on intensity, never longer than 50min, always after for me if together, but I try so keep them seperate all together

    If you must do them at the same time, DEFINITELY do cardio after. This helps make sure you're burning stored fat due to the fact all your glycogen stores have been burnt up with weight training. I recommend 30-60 mins of low intensity (BPM 115-130, again this way you are more likely to used to stored fat as a fuel source, higher intensity will have a tendency to burn lean tissue as the fat isn't efficient enough) after weight training for best results.

    This shouldn't affect your ability to grow muscle whatsoever if following those guidelines, you will be burning strictly (primarily) fat stores.
