    How much to you put into your iron addiction?!!

    1- Money: 600-800/month

    2- Time (including cooking, eating...etc): I can't afford to have a full time job because of it. Around 40 hrs/week.

    3- Dedication: I pull over on the freeway to make a shake of oatmeal and whey when its my meal time. I stop having sex to down a shake and some egg whites then catch up.

    4- Trips to the gym: 10 per week minimum.

    1. MONEY- 500-600 a month, not including cycle

    2. TIME- im actually jobless at the moment so i spend all day cooking, eating, going on this site, and of course a trip to the gym and tanning

    3. Dedication- eat every 2-3 hours guaranteed. i stick to 2 hours for the most part, sneak food into theaters, lots of water, shaving every other day, going on 5 plus years of consistent weight lifting, 2 plus years strict dieting. closet consist of nike shorts, sweat pants, and cut offs.

    4. Trips to the gym: 7-8 a week, varies depending on cardio as needed

    i workout for 45mins-1hr 6 days a week plus keep my diet pretty healthy, thats enough for me.
