FRUIT PIZZA

2 pkgs. cream cheese
1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar (or to taste)
Pizza pan
Assorted fruit suggestions: Kiwi, strawberries, mandarin oranges, bananas, black or blue berries

Spread cookie dough over pizza pan. Cook the crust as directed on wrapper. In a bowl, microwave cream cheese until soft. Add vanilla and sugar. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of cooled cookie. Cut and lay fruit in circles. Serve immediately.


get some heavy cream for strawberries and cream or as a drizzle to go on the pizza, voila


now go have some fun

guess i should have specified, i never went to school for it, i just would print out tons of pastry recipes and make all types of things until i could create them myself without needing the recipe and do my own variations

the recipe isn't mine but i've made fruit pizza before and it's very adjustable so i figured aj and his girl would like it since it can be changed to suit there tastes, plus it can be made hot or chilled depending on the weather

i have one for healthy pancakes that actually taste pretty good IMO, she could top hers with whipped cream and dip in the coco if she wanted, i got it on this site i think

8 egg whites
1/2 cup cottage cheese (or non-fat yogurt)
1 cup dry measured oatmeal
Cinnamon (optional)
Splenda (optional)
Pam

Mix it all in the blender for 20-30 seconds and pour into a pan.
