Dropped 10lbs, feel way bigger~!
Well I was feelin fat after testing 15% BF. Im 6' 203 now, was 214 last week.
I went on a 5 day hiatus from the gym and cut back to 1500calories per day and I lost 10lbs.
I hit the gym today, just as strong, and I feel/look bigger in the mirror, no loss in size on the arms, still holding 17".
Just FYI... I shoulda trimmed up earlier, Going for all lean gains now...
Running on 500mg Test a week till my Tren shows up..

I figured I had to loose some... but obviously wasnt much as my strength stayed right on with everything...

Doesn't surprise me, same thing happen to me. I trimmed up, and found that I actually looked bigger when I looked in the mirror as well. It's amazing what you see once you shed all that soft looking fat, and veins start popping up everywhere

this was in 5 days? my guess is 8 pounds water, 1 pound fat 1 pound muscle. you don't lose 2lbs of fat a day unless you start running marathons daily...

damn 10lbs is impressive, I can loose about 2lbs week naturally before I loose too much muscle\strength for it to be worth while, are you some kind of freak or am I doing something wrong? sorry to hijack the thread but what do you guys think is a reasonable goal for me?
stats are
6' around 15% bf, 195ish lbs
diet will be ~500 cal deficit, 45 mins cardio 3X week, 1 gram protein/lb and carbs only in the morning and before workouts (veggies excluded), I have some test I can throw in if needed, just want to go down to sub 10% bf again before the summer
again sorry to hijack the thread, I've obviously spent too much time learning how to bulk and not enough on cutting

Yup, round 8 lbs of water you just lost mainly due to desaturation of glycogen in the muscles. When you start working out again and take in those extra carbs and you will get 8 lbs right back

Well I used to eat 3500 calories a day, and a couple days I bet I didn't even hit 1500. 6 days total now that I check... But yeah I always loose weight easily and quickly, never been an easy gainer, but I do ok w/ test ... So I dropped 2000+ calories a day. I'm sure somes water as I upped my arimidex a little too.
