I'm not sure why you keep posting in the Q+A when you aren't asking steroid questions, you're keeping me busy tonight.
my wife.......lol
ah ****, my bad, I forgot, I only visit this forum... lol I'll use the general BS next time I feel like asking a quesiton like this..
"What do you bench? "
Generally either barbells or dumbells.
^^ if they were to sit on your hand and be gymnasts, they could probably balance it pretty well. i would know since i've done this.
my best would be 270x3 @ 172 and 18yo. since then i have never really maxed and just gone for more reps, usually 210-250 for 8-4ish reps
^^ Sexy hot gymnast hoes=nice.
These fake I bench so and so threads are hilarious. I want to see pics/vids of a 180lb guy benching 275 for 10.
How much do I bench...TOO MUCH!! Somewhere in the neighborhood of 16-20 tons.
more than you.
if I had two gymnasts I'd make them watch me bench 400 for reps and then have them take a dump on my chest
225x15
looking good is more important than having a good bench.
we should just make this a sticky.. so every body can post it once and be done with it...
this has to be the fourth time this thread has come thro the lounge. and i have only been in the AR lounge for about two months (i use to only be in the powerlifting section)
150 lbs for 6-8 reps.
I can hit 275 for 12 reps or 325 for a max rep.
My internet bench is about 650lbs, 800 on a good day
135lbs for 4 reps. On a good day.
You have all inspired me to put a plate on the bar this time, thanks guys! I mean it! I am going to make it go up more than half way this time too! Shoot, I may not even use a spotter the way i feel right now, I am HYPED! YEAH!
I can only manage the bar, thats why im on 1000mg of test everyday....
I can't believe you guys can manage the bar i can't wait to get that high. Right now I use the 10lb dumbell with both hands hopfully to go for 12lb next week the dbols are starting to kick so I should get it

ROFL......i guess i'm not the only one tired of this kind of thread as 95% of the answers are hilarious bullshitting
137.25 lbs for 5-26 reps
28, 6', 230 lbs
used to bench 253 for 5-6 reps @ 21yrs 145lbs.
Didn't feel the chest working at all so i dropped weights by half. Much better now and less injury risk.
I was playing Texas Hold Em at a casino in Detroit and a new dealer sat down. He looked at me and asked, "how much do you bench". I was caught kinda off guard as I was up around $400 and the last thing I was thinking about was bench pressing. I said "150 lbs". He had a confused look on his face. I said, I don't do barbells, only dumbells. Still no comprehension.
Next time---485 lbs.
I don't even do flat right now. I'm trying to build my upper chest more so do heavy incline to start.
And I don't even care how much it is.
This thread reminds me of the 3 douche bags that are always at my gym at 5pm. And brag they are already curling the 50's on the preacher bench. they extend down curls until they have a 90 degree bend in the elbow, they don't even get to the point there is any resistance, just balance the weight back and fourth.
I started going at 7pm now, just to avoid seeing them. drives me nuts. But hey, they are preacher curling 50's with one arm still. Which makes them total ***** magnets.
Its very rare that i do incline bp, and ive never done decline bp. Yet my chest is in perfect proportion, wonder why that is??
Raw 135. Shirted 185. My friends say I am cheating.
I thought only people who didnt go to the gym still asked this question. I can count on one hand (and not use my thumb) how many times I have done flat bench with a barbell in the last 10 years.
45lbs. Im working up to 2 1/2s on each side to make it an even 50.
4'11"
92lbs
Also Im trying to bulk. Will dbol do it for me?
Nothing now-rotator cuff surg.
