4 years ago, weighing 10lb more , i had hdl 50 and ldl 100, dont remember total ... strange
atm (230-199) means i have 31 points of ildl-vldl which is bad chol.
Anyways also rank on a scale of how healthy you eat, 1-7, with that scale being how many times a week you have a cheat meal outside your macros. Also state if you are on or off, if off how long
