    My veins are gross.

    My veins are gross. I am bulking right now and they are kinda ridiculous. How do you get rid of them?

    I have had negative feed back from the women...

    Eat nothing and only do abs for the next 5 years. You'll get the Abercrombie & Fitch model look. Basically, lose about 100+ lbs of muscle and those veins should disappear.

    I have the same problem. I have nasty ass veins in my stomach and I cant get much below 8% BF or they look horrible to me.

    Honestly, I do think that too much vascularity and being too lean is possible. That's why I don't really go below 6 - 8%.

    at my lowest i had them all over the place, both sides of my forearms like crazy, bis and into the shoulders, even across my chest if i flexed some. also some coming up my abs, a few on the legs and calfs. i like them, but then some people have weird looking veins, like curved really badly and stuff and it looks terrible.

    not easy to get rid of unless you get fatter

    yeah thats pretty bad. my legs were never that bad even when i was that thin or maybe more. kinda hard to tell from one leg lol.

    eat more sodium? then hold water and it should cover it some?

    I have never had a vein pop out until recently, in my forearm, and I peed myself with glee when I first saw it. so cherish it. That being said I probably only say that cause I don't have any.

    im not a fan of too much vascularity either. one of the guys who works for the same company as me has one side of his chest that is just covered with veins. i think it looks kinda gross but he still makes lots of money with his physique.

    i call it veins rage, i think they are awsome to have every time i look at them i think of a tiger so it keeps me motivated sometimes.

    Ya know where I live there are lots of HIV/AIDS gay guys that are on some sort of meds that give them veins, turtle shell bellies and sunken jaws. These guys are usually pretty jacked too, other than the extended bellies. I was trying to get away from that look because it is so common here.
