forarms have been getting a good workout.......i will say after the shoulder surgery on my right arm and I am right handed...trying to wipe your ass with just your left hand is not very much fun.....lol

dude my wife has a friend that is fat as hell and she ask me to make her out a workout plan and diet.....so i did gave it to her and she did not even try it.....i dont understand how people can be that fat........

Everyone's different they just don't have the will power. Quite often it has to be a life threatening situation to get them to change.

they dont listen.........i had a friend that i met at the gym and he was like 160lbs over weight....gave him some advise and he worked out hard for like a month.....then i have not seen him since......that is one good thing about the military they teach you how to keep thin.....i played sports in school so i had a heads up on it but some people just dont do it....at all

dude that is funny i had a spanish family living behind me and they played that bounce bounce music all night.....I called the cops a couple of times and they did nothing.....so i got even.....and they have since moved out......

my bro is 6 foot 5 and 290 lbs... solid not muscular, he used to be 370 !!! all tatted up and shaved head... bad ass dude

i took him aside told him i loved him and then told him he looked like a fat shi&, and i would do any thing i could to help... then took him over to his truck and counted 12 bags of fast food...

three months later he started loosing weight... never said any thing to me but i am really glad he chose he to change

i can't tell you how many times people ask me how I got in sucn good shape, and as soon as I tell them to just eat 6 meals a day, they say

ohhhhh i can't do that........well duh, you don't even try

they have NO clue what we do to get six meals a day in....if they wanted it that bad, they would adjust like we did to do that

what did you do?

if i get even with this guy i will beat his ass... a few times last year he drove infrot of my house and stopped did a burn out and left... i potrole the cul-da-sac cause my kids play in the road if im out side and he will rip buy as fast as he can...

i went to his door and he wouldnt open it... said he was busy and just left ... later i told him no more warnings... just an ass beating -
