what would you do?
So the shop where i work implicitly accuses me of robbing their crappy supplements for a value of 160€.
That is not true, firts cos i don't consume supplements, seconds cos if i did i would not consume poor quality ones and third if i wanted to rob supplements i would do it for a much bigger amount than 160€ which are worthless.
This is their way of saying good by to me. They say "oh, you will get that deducted from you're paycheck".
What would you do¿
a) set the store to fire. burn bay burn!!!
b) get a lwayer and sue their asses for accusing me of a crime i did not commit.
c) wait until i end and then sunk them into deep misery via anti-propaganda (with true facts, and thing i know from the inside) through the neigbourhood, internet etc and then pay someone to set the store to fire.
d) all of the above.
Im a merecenary, the last thing you do is play with a mercenaries paycheck.

Whatever you do don't burn the place. Then they'll get a bunch of money from the insurance.

fight them, threaten with a lawyer... the contact their boss and keep going up the latter... if all else fails... cut your losses and move on.

I'd threaten to sue unless they agreed to drop the deduction from the paycheck (or they provided proof of the theft).

"Hey. You did inventory correctly right?"
-yes i did. Did the recount 4 times.
"well, then products valued on 160€ are missing, and they are gonna deducted from your salary".
-No fvucking way! are you accusing me for stealing!?
"X, those products are missing..."
-Once more, are you acussing me of something? I don't like that voice tone.
I'm not getting that money deducted. Tell them to come here and counted by them selves.
"hey, i feel you...but they just see numbers..."
- cut the crap! "they"? you are "they". They have all those cams, tell them to use them!.
"chill down...i'm on the sellers side..."
-No you are not. You are accusing me of theft.
"maybe someone stole 2 containers of protein..." (those are aprox 160€).
-How on earth would someone hide two 5lb containers!
"i'm just telling you those products are missing and they are gonna deducted from your paycheck. You are getting a letter soon".
-You know thats an accusation of theft right?
"all i know is you are getting a letter soon"
fvck off! (slammed the phone).

hmm, that is pretty fvked up.
It's like he was accusing you of theft, but wouldn't say it until the letter comes out.
We'll have to see what that letter says,
but a lawyer might not be a bad idea, not just for the money, but for future employment

Here you can go to the labor board/unemployment ofice and file a claim which puts the onus on the employer to prove thier case to the state as to why they are keeping your money. If they don't do that legitimatly then they will be required by the State to pay you your wages. Once they have made the accusation then you may have recourse for defamation of character or slander. I would bait them into it through the labor board first, let the state do your bidding for your wages, once you have them ,then I would take it to an attorney on a contingency proposal so that you have your money first, and filing against them doesn't cost you out of pocket. Good luck either way.
