    Definitely an act.
    Some dude is following him around with a camera capturing all of it.
    And at the end of the Letterman interview he takes on his glasses and winks at Dave as he shook his hand.
    He's pulling an Andy Kaufman. And I think it's hilarious the anyone is buying it. Good for him.
