    i said it once and ill say it 100000 times, fuck every body builder out there and yes INCLUDING Ronnie Coleman, Arnold is and always will be the best ....and right next to him is franco columbu...lol

    i love this pic. gives me lots of hope. he actually looks like a normal kid on the far left. sheeet, sometimes i even feel like i look like that now...

    I just finished watching "Pumping Iron" What a flick. Those guys are mad men in the gym. Arnie is king. These guys today couldn't compete with gods like that. Wow what motivation. I wanna go lift now.

    BTW Haney would rock them all. I still love Arnold but Haney is a freak

    LOL Ron, I know what you mean, just watched it the other night, and it was like 9pm and I wanted to go out and lift everything I could..
    Lou was a mad man in the gym, I had to admire his determination to beat ARnold, of course he didn't. But still all in all, good flick I think, motivated the hell out of me.
