Check out this hulk "back pain".

This is a guy at my gym, who thinks that he is benching right. I asked him if is back hurt and he said no. He said this is the "RIGHT WAY" to do it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4jtjEEPk36g HAHAHAHAH

hahaha thats actually impressive because he can get his feet off the ground.

bodyweight + 280lbs all on about 1 sq ft of his back. not bad.

also, its funny how he brings it down like 6" to his chest then 6" back up and his arms are still bent

Yeah its like a chest press or something, he could of left the bar there and just lifted his chest to it.. I sometimes arch my back but only when im lifting 3000000kg for sets of 200...

At an old gym I worked out at for a couple years, this one old guy used to do that, he looked like he was in his late 40's/early 50's and he would do it with 315, with his unathletic wife spotting him. It was scary, honestly.

No doubt, Dr. Manhattan seems to be the end all badass of the whole crew as far as power, but he might be weak when it comes to slaying a bitch tho.

Im with you lol, i cringe when i see bad form. Last week some guy was getting people to watch him bp about 170kg. The young kids were stood there whatching this guy do one rep and then they clapped. I wanted to go over and stab him to death, his bp fell about six inches short of his chest, twat.....

there is this "older" guy in our gym. He always does partial reps and slams the wieght on every rep as loud as he can. He does these reidulous warm ups like swinging his arms in partial circles sorta fast. It is sucha distraction. I always wnat to say dude just friggin stop will ya? JACKASS
